In a new Big Brother Power Trip task, three housemates were each given an individual Diary Room challenge to try and win a special treat for the house.

What they didn't know is that they'd be given two tries at the challenge - their first setting the bar and their second to beat their personal best.

Winston took on Hot Stuffing, where he ate four chillies in his first go and five in his second.

Mark was chosen to play Level Pegging, where he stuck 13 pegs on his face the first time round and 20 the second.

Helen had the worst of three, asked to remove balls from a disgusting bowl using only her mouth. She removed seven at first, and then nine.

As a result of all the housemates passing the task, they were given a hamper of waffles and toppings.

Big Brother Power Trip continues tonight at 9pm with a live eviction on Channel 5.
