Chatting today in a conference call with media following his leaving the Big Brother: Timebomb house, Brian Belo confirmed to Female First that he won't be pursuing legal action against Helen Wood for defamatory comments she made during his time in the house.
Saying that Brian looked like a "rapist" and "murderer" whilst in a heated confrontation, Helen was given a formal warning by Big Brother, but Brian just wants to stay away from her "negative energy".
He explained: "I won't be [taking legal action] because I've just been in a three year long court case and I'm not wanting to get into that situation again really. I think she's shown herself for what she is and I personally don't wanna be around such negative energy and carry this on."
The three year court case Brian is referring to is that of one with the creators of The Only Way is Essex - a show Brian is said to have created and settled out of court.
Big Brother: Timebomb continues nightly on Channel 5.
