Gillian McKeith has been revealed as the celebrity dropping in on tonight's live edition of Celebrity Big Brother, entering the house unexpectedly to take part in a brand new task.

Though Gillian won't be a proper housemate and so won't take part in nominations and evictions, she will be prescribing "the ultimate January detox" over the next few days.

Immediately thrown into the game, Gillian will be asked tonight by Big Brother to select the four housemates whom she believes to be the 'most toxic'. Exactly what will happen to those four people has yet to be determined.
