Lee Ryan's behaviour on 'Celebrity Big Brother' has "shocked" his Liz McClarnon, who has formerly been engaged to the star over a decade ago.
The Atomic Kitten star - who split from the Blue singer in 2003 after a lap dancer claimed she'd slept with the hunk - was left stunned watching Lee on the reality show where he has been getting close to housemates Jasmine Waltz and Casey Batchelor.
She told Closer magazine: "He has shocked me - I don't know this guy.
"He looks like a love rat but, in his eyes, I think he'll see it as harmless fun. But it's only fun if the two girls he is going between see it as fun too, and I don't think Casey and Jasmine have seen it like that."
Liz thinks Lee will become unpopular with the public since he comes across as a womaniser and didn't expect him to be so "open" about his relationships.
She explained: "I would never have expected Lee to be so open about his relations with both women at the same time. I don't think people will like Lee now, as he was playing two girls against each other."
Liz - who last week wrote on Twitter, "Ever looked at your ex and wondered, 'Was I drunk the entire time?' " - puts her split from the singer down to their different personalities and thinks the public will be able to sympathise with her now.
She added to Closer magazine: "I think anyone can see why Lee and I didn't work out. I'm quiet and private and he isn't. We are completely different people."
