Mark Wright now has less fear about his wedding day thanks to his time on Strictly Come Dancing.

The former star of TOWIE is set to marry ex-Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan in a ceremony held next year, and explained that he was terrified about having all eyes on him and his wife-to-be.

Speaking to HELLO! magazine he said: "I used to feel the pressure of thinking, 'What am I going to do when it comes to the first dance? How am I even going to move? I don't know how to dance to a beat.'

"Now I've been on 'Strictly...' I do feel a bit safer about it."

However, he has no plans on celebrating the nuptials with an impressive dance number, instead hoping to keep it low-key when they have their first dance.

"Your wedding dance is just a sway, isn't it?

"It's not going to be a big choreographed showpiece."

Mark also confessed to getting ideas about married life from professional dance partner Karen Hauer and her fiancé, fellow dancer Kevin Clifton.

"I'm seriously freaking out a bit,

"If I have any questions, like where to honeymoon, Mark always has lots of ideas.

"I'll definitely be calling Mark and Michelle and going, 'Can you guys help out?' "
