Louisa Johnson has vowed to beat the 'X Factor' winner's curse.

The 17-year-old singer from Essex has become the latest hopeful to win Simon Cowell's ITV talent show and although previous winners including Matt Cardle, Sam Bailey and Leon Jackson have failed to find huge success, Louisa insists she will be different.
Louisa, whose first single is a cover of Bob Dylan's 'Forever Young', told The Sun newspaper: "In five years I want to be selling out arenas, have a few albums out and a big fan base that respects me.
"I am just going to work as hard as I possibly can and concentrate on myself. That is the only way to do it.
"I want my album to connect with the fans. Obviously I'm young and I don't have a huge amount of life experience, so I want it to connect with other people."
Referring to two of the show's most successful winners, Little Mix and Leona Lewis, she added: "It all depends on the person. Little Mix have done really well and so did Leona.
"The dream is to emulate Leona. She was the person who encouraged me to go on the show. She inspired me. I met her during rehearsals [for the final] and it was so weird, speaking to the person who made me want to go on 'X Factor'. She said she'd seen me perform and she liked my voice.
"I wanted to be like her so much, I looked up to her and now I am here."
