Two all-new teasers for the second season of Gotham have been released by FOX, called 'Hungry' and 'The Cave', both hinting at the rise of villains throughout the batch of new episodes and the beginning of the Batman.
The first shows scenes of Gotham under seige by brother-sister duo Tigress and Theo (Jessica Lucas and James Frain) can be seen, whilst an eerie cover of 'Hungry Like the Wolf' plays in the background.
Psychotic Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) is also featured, and one young man who many believe will go on to become The Joker (Cameron Monaghan).
The second focuses in on young Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) potentially discovering what will become his future Batcave, in a haunting but exciting short scene.
Producers will this season introduce a brand new love interest for Bruce through Silver St. Cloud (Natalie Alyn Lind), and it's also been revealed that Michael Chiklis will join the cast as an honest cop who will eventually turn rogue.
Season one recurring characters Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto), Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) and Dr Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) will all also return.
Gotham debuts its second season in the US on FOX on September 21.
