Gluten Free Vegan Fajitas


1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Free Fajitas Recipe Mix

2 tbs sunflower oil

1 onion, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

100g chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tbs tomato puree

1 packet of corn flour tortillas


  1. Heat oil and fry the onion, over a high heat, for 6-7  minutes.
  2. Stir in the peppers, sachet contents  and tomato puree and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Wrap in the corn flour tortillas. Serve with salsa and guacamole.

Best enjoyed with a side of gluten free corn tortilla chips
