Zanna van Dijk’s Lemon Bloob Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ a cup of Almond Breeze Nutri+ Protein
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of a lemon

Directions:

  1. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients and pop into the fridge over night
  2. In the morning, take out and add any delicious toppings (we love adding blueberries and toasted almonds) and enjoy!
