Creamy Mocha Mousse


4 tablespoons Califia Farms Concentrated Cold Brew

2 tablespoons raw cashews

1/2 ripe avocado

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 lemon, juiced

1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings of choice


1. Soak the cashews in enough water to cover them for 10 minutes, then drain them. 2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth thick consistency is reached. 3. Transfer to a bowl and cover with your favourite toppings - I chose cacao nibs, dried pomegranate seeds and white mulberries.
