Vegan kimchee salad

Vegan kimchee salad

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method:

  1. Place the shredded cabbage and spring onions in a large bowl.
  2. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and pour the dressing over the cabbage.
  3. Mix and serve immediately.
