- 1 Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Place the shredded cabbage and spring onions in a large bowl.
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and pour the dressing over the cabbage.
- Mix and serve immediately.
