There are several things that can be done to help ease the pain. Firstly, use lots of lube, if you are not, then this is painful at the best of times but if you have a larger penis then this will make it uncomfortable for you both.

Try circular motions rather than an in an out movement, this will stop you from thrusting right to the back of the vagina, against the cervix, which is where it hurts the most after deep penetration.
If you let her go on top, she can control depth and rhythm as well as giving you an eyeful!
