The Sex Pistols return to London on November 8 at Brixton Academy for an amazing performance, 3 decades since their seminal debut album was unleashed.

Never Mind The Bollocks Here’s The Sex Pistols and its blistering singles ‘Anarchy In The UK’, ‘God Save The Queen’, ‘Pretty Vacant’ and ‘Holidays In The Sun’ are to be re-issued on vinyl throughout October for the album’s 30th anniversary. The original members John Lydon, Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock will converge in London to fire out their 3-minute volleys that branded the band as public enemy number one across the country in 1970s’ UK.It could not be better timing as the NME are spearheading a campaign to bring God Save The Queen, released October 8, to the Number 1 spot.It missed out on the top originally after radio, TV and even some record shops banned it in 1977.They have the backing of Pistols admirers Hard-Fi, Kasabian, The Killers and even Paul Simonon of punk rivals The Clash. Now welcomed back as returning heroes, the gig promises to be a homecoming to remember for all those who experienced the power of the Pistols at the time and the millions still feeling the aftershocks resonating over musical history. It stands as a timely reminder to all the young ‘punk’ pretenders as to how it is really done.
