Kelli is not at all pleased with Amanda’s decision to skip town. How’s she going to exact her wicked revenge if the Mand leaves the Bay? There’s only one thing for it. She’s going to have to drug Mandy today. Ethan’s hesitant, but Kelli promises she’ll get the two of the on a flight to Thailand that very evening. Thank god for Belle and her suspicious mind. She knows Kelli’s up to something fishy, especially when she spots a hicky on her aunt’s neck. She probes Kelli, who loses her rag. “I’m not answerable to you!” she hollers, stomping off to the bathroom. Belle takes the opportunity to root around in Kelli’s handbag, where she finds a tub of date-rape pills. Slowly putting two and two together, Belle goes to Peter and begs him to investigate. Peter doesn’t think there’s sufficient evidence to support Belle’s wild claims.Orange alertWhile Amanda tearfully explains her plans to Belle, Kelli kindly hands her a tasty glass of orange juice. When Belle tries to raise her concerns about Kelli, Amanda cuts her off. As far as Amanda is concerned, Kelli has been her rock and she doesn’t want to hear any more accusations. Mandy’s too choked up to drink her juice, and hands it to Belle, who gulps it down. When Kelli finds out, she’s horrified, but there’s nothing she can do.

Kelli’s dying to get some pills into her sister, but Amanda commands her to drive her to Ryan. Meanwhile, Belle staggers around like a zombie before collapsing outside the diner. Peter rushes her to hospital while frantically calling the office for Ethan’s call records.

Belle comes round just in time to hear the doctor announce that she has traces of sedative in her system. “Kelli!” she yelps.

Lone ranger

Ethan turns up at Mandy’s house, having realised that Kelli’s trying to double-cross him. She’s only booked him onto the flight to Thailand; she’s planning to ruin her sister and pin it all on Ethan.

Amanda overheard the blazing row and stands at the door gawping. “It was you. All of it,” she gasps, turning to flee.

Kelli knees Ethan in the groin for all his hard work, leaving him writhing on the floor, and sets off after Amanda in the car.

Amanda panics and speeds up, but loses control around a corner, sending the car crashing spectacularly. Well, that was easy enough – Kelli didn’t even need the drugs!
