Cat Deeley is modelling her Los Angeles home on 'Alice in Wonderland' and plans to include a yoga room and Zen garden.

Cat Deeley is modelling her home on 'Alice in Wonderland'.

The 'So You Think You Can Dance' presenter is in the process of renovating her Los Angeles home and has lots of diverse plans for the property, including a yoga room and Zen garden.

She said: "I'm currently doing up my house in LA. I'm having a little yoga room put in and a little Zen garden outside.

"It's going to be a bit like 'Alice in Wonderland', there will be fire pits, a pool cabana and a hot tub with infinity edge. I want to invite people over and have dinners. I think I've grown-up a bit."

Despite working in the US for five years, Cat still regards London as her home and admits she has put off working on her Los Angeles house because she was never sure how long she would stay.

She added: "My flat in Hampstead is still home. When I first came to America I thought, 'Ah I'm not going to do anything because I don't know when I'll be leaving'.

"But cut to season eight of 'So You Think You Can Dance' and we're still going strong. I work really hard so I just thought it was time to create a place here that I love."
