Bullet For My Valentine

Bullet For My Valentine

Bullet For My Valentine can now finally announce their first UK headline dates for over 2 years with a huge Arena tour across December 2010, including a date at Wembley Arena on Dec 12th.

Before these though, the band will be headlining the 2nd stage at the Download Festival on Friday the 11th June.  All dates are below and will have some massive supports TBA very soon:

UK December 2010 UK Dates:

Monday 6 BIRMINGHAM, NIA
Wednesday 8 MANCHESTER, MEN
Thursday 9 GLASGOW, SECC
Saturday 11 CARDIFF, CIA
Sunday 12 LONDON, WEMBLEY ARENA

The band will also be releasing their blistering new download only single ‘Your Betrayal’ on July 12th through Columbia. The single, which is the opening track on new album ‘Fever’, combines a pounding, 1:20 intro where front man Matt Tuck sings about deception and dishonesty in a relationship turned sour, switching between hair-crawling whispers of agony and full blown emotion.

Bullet For My Valentine also recently saw their new album ‘Fever’ debut at #1 on both the Rock and Alternative charts and #3 on the US national Billboard’s album chart. The highly anticipated Don Gilmore (Linkin Park) produced 3rd record, featuring the blistering Radio 1 B-list single ‘The Last Fight’, was released on April 26th and is B4MV’s top selling debut to date, selling over 71,000 units in the first week in the US alone, a 34% increase over B4MV’s previous 2008 release, the album ‘Scream Aim Fire’.

The fever has spread across the globe where ‘Fever’ has made its mark on international album charts, hitting #2 on Japan’s “international artist chart”, #2 in Austria, #3 in Germany, #4 in Switzerland and #5 in the United Kingdom and Australia!

Whilst already receiving rave reviews here in the UK (including a 5/5 lead Kerrang review), across the pond, the reaction has been even more feverant. USA Today calls ‘Fever’ the “hot-zone of 2010 rock-metal discs” while The Associated Press touts Fever’s “blistering drum attack, tight power chords and…old school-styled, soaring guitar solos”.

After making their official worldwide live comeback on the day of album release in the UK at the Islington Academy in London (via a Myspace Secret Show), Bullet For My Valentine are currently in the midst of a completely sold out North American tour with support from Chiodos and Airbourne.
