Clive (Andrew Forbes) storms back into Jessica's (Jennifer Biddall) life in time to save Zak's (Kent Riley) television from being seized by the bailiff who assumes that it's hers. Hannah (Emma Rigby) feels all alone in the world now that Melissa (Carla Chases) is in hospital. Her troubles mount when Suzanne (Suzanne Hall) grounds her after finding out Melissa had been to the house although she is banned. Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) is horrified when Hannah cries rape just as Rhys (Andrew Moss) and Suzanne enter the house. Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) lies to Zak that he has bedded Zoe (Zoë Lister), but is later forced into an embarrassing climb down and has to admit he still has to score. Unhappy with Jake (Kevin Sacre) for letting the spare room to Russ (Stuart Manning), Nancy's (Jessica Fox) patience is wearing thin at his reluctance to kick him out.
