Director Michael Bay is planning a sequel to Hollywood's newest blockbuster and most anticipated film of the year, Transformers.The movie - which stars Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox, has already grossed $220 million (£110 million) since its release earlier this month (Jul07) and Bay is desperate to oversee the follow up. He says, "We want to start working on a sequel right now, so we'll see."Bay is famed for his high action blockbusters and boasts and impressive resume including The Island, Armegeddon and Bad Boys.He broke into the mainstream in 1995 with Bad Boys, his first full length feature starring Martin Lawrence and Will Smith.His latest project Transformers is a live action film based on the popular cartoon and franchise.The movie focuses on the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons and their fight for the planet.
