Lindsay Lohan's Kenyan Charity Plans.Pop star Lindsay Lohan will take time out from her burgeoning singing and film career to help AIDS sufferers and poverty victims in Kenya.The 19-year-old will fly out to the East African country with charity organisation One Campaign after she finishes work on new John Lennon movie Chapter 27. Meighan Stone, a spokeswoman for the campaign, tells MTV, "As with Brad Pitt and other celeb visits, it'll likely focus on where America is helping make a difference to save and change lives."Lohan is slated to visit local schools and clinics during the trip, although travel dates have yet to be confirmed.
