Quentin Tarantino is to direct a biopic about guitar legend, Jimi Hendrix. The 'Pulp Fiction' film maker is a huge fan of the 'Cross Town Traffic' rocker's work and is heavily influenced by the psychedelic era of the 60s and 70s.A source revealed Tarantino is "impressed" by the script - although the film has yet to be given a title or have a cast attached. The movie will start shooting in Seattle later this year.Meanwhile, the director has revealed was once begged by a teenage fan to dress up as a French maid and indulge in a sadomasochistic fantasy. He received the X-rated offer in a note and admits he was a little turned on by his illicit admirer. He said: "She said, 'I want to dress you up as a French maid and then make you clean my apartment. I'm going to make you get down on the floor. I will be smoking cigarettes and putting them out on the carpet and making you get down on the floor and clean it up. And after you've done the carpet.' She went on and on."
Tarantino added: "When it finished I thought, 'Wow, that's kind of sexy. I don't really want to wear a French maid's outfit. But this 17-year-old has it going on'."
