Rising stars Sara Bareilles, Antigone Rising and Colbie Caillat, who has built up a dedicated following on social networking website MySpace, are all expected to perform. The concert comes as 45-year-old Crow returns to music after taking a short break following the adoption of her four-month-old son Wyatt Steven in May.She will prepare for the event with two performances in Atlantic City the week before.Lavigne, 22, will appear at the all-girl extravaganza off the back of three concerts in Mexico in October.
