Tyra Banks has now put her two-bedroom apartment on the market for a whopping $3.8 million.
The Next Top Model hostess is hoping to make a huge $1.7 million profit on her Nolita, New York home after she gave $2.1 million for it back in 2005.
A spokesperson for Tyra spoke to the New York Daily News, and said: "Tyra believes Nolita is one of the most fun, immersive, electric, trendy areas and loved living amongst the best new restaurants and shops.
"She relished going down her elevator being mere steps away from her fave breakfast haunts."
Set to present her brand new chat show The Fab this coming autumn, she's said to be selling up as she hasn't been spending as much time as she'd like in the house due to work commitments.
As well as Tyra, John Mayer's apartment in the same building was put up for sale in 2013 and sold for nearly $4 million.
Those keen to purchase the property will experience a picturesque panoramic view of Lower Manhattan and Midtown if successful.
An open kitchen and study come along with it, along with a huge amount of natural light as well as Brazilian mahogany wood floors.
