Lionel Richie might be the voice behind many a ‘first dance’ dong, but the singer revealed that he hates attending his friends’ weddings, as the ceremony always becomes about him!
The singer urges people to un-invite him from their nuptials - because he knows from past experience that he always becomes the star of the big day; no matter how much of a low-profile he keeps.
He tells Spin magazine, "I keep telling my friends, 'You don't want me at the wedding, and you certainly don't want me at the reception.'
