Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer Maguire are selling their Los Angeles mansion for $10.25 million.

The couple, who have daughter Ruby, eight, and five-year-old son Otis together, splashed out $8.45 million, via trust, on a lavish six-bedroom property in Brentwood, California in January 2014 for an investment and have put it on the open market in a bid to make a quick $1.8 million profit.
The 39-year-old 'Spiderman' actor, who married the jewellery designer, 37, in 2007, bought the house from Ricki Lake last year.
The chat show host acquired it from actress Courteney Cox in 2002 for $5.6 million.
The 6,320 square feet Colonial-style residence, which is situated inside a double-gate, boasts five bathrooms and was originally built in 1949.
The couple appear to have given the place "a cosmetic refresh" over the past year, according to Variety.com.
The property also features interconnected lounges and dining spaces including formal living and dining rooms, a roomy second floor guest suite with a private entrance and terrace that overlooks the back garden, as well as a large swimming pool and spa.
It it not known if the duo ever lived in the house, but they also own an undeveloped 0.91-acre site across on the same street, which they bought in early 2008 for $10 million.
