How does it feel to be re-releasing your number one album? The fastest selling debut by a female artist in 2014!

I'm really excited to be releasing the new album and I'm also a bit nervous because I know that a lot of people probably already own it. There are 5 amazing new tracks on it that are really festive so it will get people in the mood for Christmas. I'm sure people will be buying it for their nans and their mums. I was pregnant whilst I was recording this album so a lot of hard work has gone into it. Being 37 weeks pregnant and stuck in a studio is pretty hard work.
Why did you choose these festive tracks to add to the record?
Home Alone is my favourite Christmas film and the song 'O Holy Night', as Macaulay Culkin is walking into the church, is one of my favourite tracks. There was a version by Carrie Underwood performing it for the President and I thought that's one that I want to include. There's also a version of 'Silent Night', which was also done by Eva Cassidy. That song reminds me of opening presents on Christmas morning.
Is Christmas one of your favourite holidays?
It is my favourite holiday. I love the Summer holidays but we never normally get much sun in the Summer holidays. I hope we get some snow this year. I'm feeling very Christmassy even though the album was recorded in August.
It's the first Christmas that we are a full family and we will be spending it with friends. We're going to do a secret santa and get the cheapest tackiest presents for one another.
What can we expect from you next year and going forward?
I have the tour that starts at the beginning of the year. That's an 18 date tour and after that I'd like to venture off out of the country into Europe. I'm just really enjoying everything that's going on at the moment.
