Zara Phillips wants to win a gold medal at the next Olympics.

The 32-year-old equestrian star - who is the daughter of Anne, Princess Royal - won a silver medal at the 2012 Olympics in London, but she's now admitted she has her sights set on gold at the upcoming 2016 Olympics in Brazil.

She told BBC News: "I think when we [the Great Britain eventing team] all came out of London we were like, 'Let's go again!' But unfortunately it's every four years so you've got to try and stay at the top level for the next four years and have good results, and yeah it would be fantastic to go to another Olympics.

"Yeah it's [silver] incredible but I definitely want to get a gold."

Zara - who has 11-week-old daughter Mia with her former rugby star husband Mike Tindall - returned to horse riding soon after giving birth but admitted it was a struggle to get back into shape.

She said: "I'm much more comfortable now. When I first got back on it was nice to get back in the saddle but I wasn't very stable because my muscles weren't working very well.

"Getting your body back is the hardest."
