Joe Calzaghe is too busy to take Kristina Rihanoff on a date.

The boxer and his 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner - who are rumoured to be an item since they met on earlier this summer - claim there is "no time for romance" because they are too busy training.

Joe told Closer magazine: "I haven't even taken Kristina on a first date."

Kristina added: "There's definitely no time for romance. We train for seven to eight hours a day and then we have to go home and sleep. There's no room for anything else!"

I was surprised by how nice he was. I thought he'd be a bruiser and have major attitude but he didn't at all. He's really meek and mild.Let's see if it lasts beyond the show.

Meanwhile, show judge Craig Revel Horwood, 44, has revealed the dancing couple frequently have blazing arguments backstage.

He said to New! magazine: "They get on really well backstage, although she gets very off with him. She's very patient but when she loses her patience there are fireworks.

"She wants him to do very well, so she keeps trying to improve his performance.

Joe and Kristina can be seeing dancing together on 'Strictly' this Saturday (18.10.09).
