Snoop and Diddy cancel UK Tour
Due to a series of arrests and run ins with authorities both in the UK and in the USA, rapper Snoop Dogg was denied a visa to enter the UK on Monday to continue the European Tour the rapper is on with Sean Combs. Last year Snoop and his entourage were involved in a altercation at Heathrow Airport when they were refused entry to the British Airways First Class Lounge.The rappers were set to play four dates here in the UK over the next week and promoters have assured fans their money will be returned. Snoop is said to be very disappointed with the situation and believes he has been a victim of 'his past,' after trying to convince authorities that he wants to set an example while here in the US.
Kim Mathers Speaks out
Just two days after a court enforced Eminem and ex-wife Kim Mathers from publicly speaking about each other in a disparaging way, Mathers denounced the Detroit rapper in a radio interview in New York citing saying "How many interviews has he done where he's talking about freedom of speech? ... I do a couple of interviews and he's crying like a little girl."The couple who had amicably opted to refrain from discussing each other for the benefit of their daughter Hayley who is 11. The couple married for a second time last year and divorced two months later after being married in 1999 and divorcing in 2001.
Jacob the Jeweller to stand trial
The famed Hip-Hop jeweller, notorious for 'blinging' out his extensive list of clients is to stand trial in Detroit on money laundering charges. Jacob, born Jacob Arabov was arrested last year and released on a $100,000 bond after being linked to the Black Mafia Family,
Accused of laundering money through his company, Jacob and his lawyer Benjamin Brafman had hoped to have his case moved to New York as opposed to Detroit.
Famed for crafting diamond jewelry for rappers like 50 Cent, Missy Elliot and Busta Rhymes, he was one of 16 people indicted by a Michigan District Attorney last year.
His lawyer had hoped to avoid his client standing trial beside 'drug dealers' and it would be 'too expensive' for the businessman to defend himself in Detroit.

Beyonce re-releases B Day
Singer Beyonce has decided to re-release her B Day album with five new tacks one of which she collaborates on with Shakira and a bonus CD featuring Spanish songs.
In order to promote this new album, the singer is going out on tour in the US. She is also releasing a video anthology for her second solo album which will feature a collection of 12 videos for songs from B Day; this product however will only for the time being be available in America.

Style P moves over to Koch records
After being caught up in label politics at his former home of Interscope, David Styles, commonly known as one third of the Yonkers NY trio The Lox,
Styles P has finally found a new home. The rapper who released his second and final project on Interscope in Decemeber of last year, A Gangsta and a Gentleman is readying up to release his third album on Kock this Summer.

His recent album had a two year delay hitting shelves and it was speculated that this was due to the ongoing feud between The Lox and G-Unit, also signed to Interscope.
Talking on the radio in New York, Styles had this to say about his new venture "I look forward to embarking on this exciting new phase of my career along side KOCH Records, a company best known for their unyielding interest in supporting the vision of the artist,"
