With Simon Cowell pushing his golden buzzer this year for Calum Scott in an episode that aired last week, this weekend saw the oddly named Boyband dance their way to the semi finals on the show after putting on an exciting performance which caused hosts Ant & Dec to come out from backstage and press the golden buzzer.

Now straight through to the live shows, the group have faced some criticism because of their participation in dance competitions in the past, but they remain adamant that they haven't deceived anyone by not revealing their history.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Dylan from the group said: "We didn't deceive anyone, it's not like that at all. Lots of contestants on Britain's Got Talent have a past - not everyone just comes on Britain's Got Talent from nothing and just goes on. We entered Got to Dance and it was a great competition to do, and now we're on Britain's Got Talent. It doesn't put us at an advantage at all."

Mike went on to insist that they're different to other dance acts, saying to The Sun: "The bond between us is different and the fact that there's only five of us and the boyband concept that we're trying to get across is something that we find quite a lot different from acts in the past."

Britain's Got Talent continues this coming Saturday on ITV.
