What a woman. If you've ever seen an episode of Mob Wives, you'll know that Renee is not somebody who takes dishonesty lightly. Once she's got a bee in her bonnet about a certain situation, you can guarantee that she will not let up on bringing it up every time she has the opportunity to until she forces an opponent into submission. Not afraid to dish out the threats on her series, she could get into some serious trouble in the house if she doesn't keep a lid on her volatile behaviour. Hopefully though she'll provide a lot of entertainment without taking things too far. She has a good heart when it all comes down to it, has lived an incredibly interesting life and come through a lot. She could be a surprise hit with the viewers.

2) Lil Kim

One of the biggest names in rap, Lil Kim is unfortunately in the news more nowadays for her feuds with Nicki Minaj rather than her music. She's allegedly landed the show's biggest money deal of all time and agreed to take part after being asked to compete for years by the show's bosses. Kim has already competed on The Apprentice and Dancing With The Stars in America, and is one of the most outspoken personalities in showbiz. Let's just hope that when she gets evicted, it's to a Minaj track.

3) Helen Lederer

A regular on spin-off Big Brother's Bit on the Side, rumours now say that Helen has finally signed up for the main show despite previously claiming that if she ever went in she thought she "might have a nervous breakdown". Hilarious and quick-witted, Helen should have the nation laughing in no time if she goes through those doors. Almost joining the house in 2009 but having to bow out before the show had even started due to theatre commitments, we really hope we get to see a lot of Helen this summer.

4) Lady Colin Campbell

Marmite is one word to describe Lady C. Having taken part in I'm A Celebrity last year she split the UK into two camps - one that despised her and one that loved and appreciated her barbs and powerful approach to life in camp. Not one to conform to gender norms, she had a couple of blowups in the jungle with male contestants over what the women 'should' and 'should not' be doing during their time there. She is not afraid to let her opinion be known and if she's right about something, you can guarantee that if you go against that she will use it against you at every turn.

5) Sarah Harding

Having been left a little red-faced following her very short stint on Coronation Street, getting injured whilst competing on The Jump and the lacklustre performance of her 2015 debut solo single 'Threads', Sarah's career could really use a boost of energy and reinvigoration. Though Big Brother may not be the beast it once was, for celebrities it seems to always manage well enough to do exactly that, so to see her get her mojo back through the show would be absolutely fantastic. Of course, there's always the chance it could do the opposite if she gets a bad edit, but it may be a risk she's now willing to take.

6) Tulisa

So we're a little more skeptical about this one than we are for everybody else on this list, but wouldn't Tulisa in the house be an amazing scoop for the show? She was really well-received during her time as a judge on The X Factor and the public even backed her and her group Little Mix all the way to the win - could they do the same if she went into CBB? Proud of her roots and unafraid to stand up for herself, she could be winner material. We'll pray to the Big Brother Gods that this rumour is on point.

7) Katie Waissel

OK you might not instantly recognise Katie's name but she was a contestant on The X Factor who caused a lot of controversy. After her series of the show was over and she finished in seventh place, judge and mentor Cheryl Cole lashed out at her former contestant, admitting she only put Katie through to the live shows for being quirky and a little annoying. Katie wasn't one to let it get to her however, and responded in the way celebrities only know how - via Twitter. She wrote to Cheryl: "Thought you were better than this. Shame I trusted you. You live and you learn." Ouch. So, in short, she could make some brilliant TV.

8) Chris Steed and Stephen Webb

The house always needs a bit of humour and from what we've seen of this pair on Gogglebox, they could bring exactly that. The show is not afraid of casting two people as one housemate and we think that's what they should be doing with these two.

9) Helen Flanagan

Is CBB the only reality show Helen HASN'T done yet? It's only a matter of time and if it happens this year we should be in for an entertaining treat. She hasn't impressed the public in the past with her antics and childish behaviour, but if Stephanie Davis can turn things around inside there, anybody can.

10) Stephen Bear

OK we have to admit, the only reason we want to see Stephen in the house is to find out whether or not he'll spill the beans on his relationship with Vicky Pattison! She's a lot more interesting than he is (sorry Stephen!), but she's not looking likely to head into the house just yet following her win on I'm A Celebrity. He'd go over well with the public as he has the privilege of being a decent looking white male, and with Channel 5 and MTV now under the same umbrella, and Stephen appearing in the upcoming series of Ex on the Beach, it's the perfect opportunity for some cross promotional airtime. It worked for Scotty T!

Celebrity Big Brother starts tonight, July 28 at 9pm on Channel 5.
