Condom company sued for multiple orgasm claim

Einhorn Products were told by a German court that they can no longer use an advert that claims a pack of seven condoms ''equals up to 21 orgasms'' because it could mislead consumers into thinking they can be reused, despite each package having four different warnings to the contrary printed on it.

A statement from the court said: ''The one-time rule may be known to a substantial part of consumers of all ages, but especially for juveniles the need for information on the proper use of condoms is persistently high and ambiguous statements carry the risk of misdirection.''

The case was brought by competitor Fair Squared.
