Eating pizza, tomato ketchup and baked beans could help to prevent cancer.

British scientists have found that men who ate ten portions of tomato-rich foods a week were less likely to develop the disease because of the antioxidant lycopene present, which fights toxins that harm DNA and cells.

Paul Bennett, deputy CEO of Prostate Cancer Research told The Sun newspaper: ''It's so simple. It's not asking men to completely change their lifestyle. People should definitely embrace the idea.''
