Oxfordshire Wychwood Brewery are introducing Hobgoblin Beer Vermouth + Ants as this year's Halloween beer cocktails.
Hobgoblin Beer Vermouth + Ants will include wood ants frozen in a created beer mixed with multiple ingredients including grapefruit, pink peppercorn and bay leaf with a squeeze of lemon.
Marcis Dzelzainis, Bar Director at Sager and Wilde Paradise Row said: ''I have been making beer cocktails for years, so I was keen that these two cocktails would play to the individual strengths of each Hobgoblin beer by re-boiling the beer to create a 33% reduction, the concentrated beer creates an amazing base for the rum and spices.''
The cocktails will be served at Sager and Wilde Paradise Row from October 24 to November 6.
