Man mistakenly undergoes vasectomy
A man was given a vasectomy by mistake.

The unnamed 25-year-old checked into the Broadgreen hospital in Liverpool, North West England for a minor operation but has now been told he'll never be able to have children naturally because they accidentally performed the urological procedure instead.
Clinical negligence lawyer Ian Cohen told the Daily Star newspaper: ''This is a truly shocking and worrying case.
''From what we know there has been a catastrophic breakdown in procedure, as simple checks designed to ensure the correct operation is carried out on the right patient seem to have failed.
''If a 25-year-old who wants a family is he told he won't be able to father children, it will be devastating.''
