Georgina Clarke, 38, and her 20-year-old daughter Kayla Morris have spent the hefty sum in order to look like the former glamour model, The Sun newspaper reports.
Kayla said: ''My mum is my best friend and plastic surgery is our way of bonding.
''Every time we go under the knife we get closer to looking like Katie.''
