Sberbank - which is one of the largest banks in the country - is offering clients the choice of ten different breeds of cat which will be delivered to their new home once they've taken on a mortgage.
However, they won't be able to keep the animals, which are only intended to enter the property before the owner as part of a Russian ritual for good luck.
Homeowners will be allowed two hours of fun with the fluffy animals before having to return them.
