Dmitry Nikolaev, 30, was approached by the attractive woman in a bar - but after passing out, he woke up to find that his testicles had gone.
He told LifeNews.Ru: ''I met a girl at the bar and then we went to the sauna for a taxi. I remember that I had a beer, and do not remember any more.''
Dmitry is thought to have been the target of a criminal gang who sell organs.
