Swastika found in McDonald's burger
A swastika was found inside a McDonald's burger.
''Many people died because of that symbol and it's not something that should be taken lightly. It's not something that should be thrown around.''
Charleigh Matice was enjoying her meal from the McDonald's drive-thru in Morehead City, North Carolina when she noticed the Nazi hate symbol drawn in butter on the inside of her chicken sandwich, reports The Mirror newspaper.
Charleigh was left incredibly upset over the incident as her grandfather fought in World War 2.
She said: ''Many people died because of that symbol and it's not something that should be taken lightly. It's not something that should be thrown around.''
Mcdonald's have since issued an apology and an employee as been sacked from the fast food chain.
