A teenager is set to become Britain's tallest man after reaching 6ft 10ins.

Josh Gott, 18, is expected to become the new UK record holder in the future as he is just nine inches shorter than 32-year-old Neil Fingleton, who stands at 7ft 7ins, and is growing at a rate of two inches every fortnight.
Despite having size 15 feet and weighing 19st 6lb, Josh's mother Sharon is just 5ft and his father Andrew is 5ft 4ins.
Sharon said: ''I don't know where it will stop. Josh is forever banging his head on door frames and has trouble going down the stairs.
''Josh is not going to stop growing. He once grew two inches in two weeks. It does not sound like a lot, but it is.''
