A shoplifter left a supermarket without paying for goods - and without her young child.
Negligent thieves
Three women ran away the Walmart Supercenter in Peoria, Arizona, after being approached by a loss prevention employee, but police officers later discovered a small child on her own who was apparently dropped in the parking lot by one of the thieves.
What's more, the police also discovered more children who were sat in a car in the parking lot, all of whom are believed to belong to the women.
Ashley Nichols, 20, and Mattica Brock, 30, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of retail theft and endangering the life of a child, but the third woman managed to escaped the police.
