The 24-year-old driver was heading back to Poland after picking up the deceased person from Italy and after stopping ''somewhere near the main train station'' for lunch in Munich, he was unable to relocate his vehicle, the Huffington Post newspaper reports.
Police dealing with the case said: ''He wasn't very helpful and we think that alcohol may have come into play.''
The hearse was found parked up in the city but nowhere near the station and the man went on to deliver the body back to Warsaw.
