An undertaker passed out from shock after a woman he believed to be dead opened her coffin.

The funeral director lost consciousness when the lady removed the lid from her casket and asked, 'Where am I?'.
While the undertaker soon recovered, the woman later died from an illness in hospital and an investigation is now under way into how she had originally been pronounced dead, reports the Metro newspaper.
Lother Burger, the head of the retirement home where the woman lived, said: ''This is terrible and inexplicable.''
