A man accidentally killed himself when a kinky sex game went wrong.

An inquest heard Jan Zajac was found hung naked with a latex mask and his hands handcuffed in front of him at his home in Southgate Avenue, Bridgewater, Somerset by his partner Katie Duckworth.
The Daily Mirror reports that Miss Duckworth initially thought he was ''messing around'' before she realised her Slovakian lover was dead.
In a written statement, read out at the hearing at Taunton Coroner's Court, Miss Duckworth said: ''I shouted, 'It isn't funny' as I thought it was supposed to be a joke.''
She then recalled that she came across a rucksack in their house containing the mask and underwear, which Mr Zajac confirmed he had used in sex games in the past, but had agreed to get rid of.
But a set of handcuffs, an opened bottle of poppers used to enhance sexual pleasure, and a book on sexual fetishes was discovered at the scene by police.
Post mortem results showed Mr Zajac had taken cocaine shortly before his death.
A coroner concluded that Mr Zajac, who was a doctor's son, had intended to ''suffocate himself to heighten his sexual arousal, but did not mean to take his own life.
He confirmed he died as a result of auto erotic asphyxiation and that his death was accidental with the cause given as hanging.
