Alec Baldwin is trying out a bold romantic gesture.
The 30 Rock star is selling his luxury New York apartment to be closer to his new girlfriend.
The actor has lived in the posh Upper West Side area for years, but he placed his pad on the market on Monday with a listing price of $9.5million.
Baldwin, 53, was linked to yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28, in May and he's reportedly keen to spend more time with his new love by relocating near to her yoga studio in downtown Manhattan.
According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Baldwin, who was previously married to Kin Basinger, is close to securing a new home in the trendy SoHo district.
