Michael Lohan: 'Prison Would Destroy Lindsay'....

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael fears jail will destroy the actress, after she was arrested for drink driving for the second time in just two months.Lohan, 21, faces a possible custodial sentence after she failed a police sobriety test in the early hours of Tuesday (24Jul07).Under California law, repeat Dui offenders are served harsher punishments - and Lohan could be facing jail time.But Michael Lohan - who has served a number of prison sentences - insists a spell in jail would do his daughter more harm than good.He tells Access Hollywood, "I think the first 24 - 48 hours of any jail time is good enough to serve a person. It's a very, very trying process".
