The pair were briefly engaged but broke up last year, and the 26-year-old reality TV star has now opened up about his relationship with the TV presenter, claiming it was "very toxic".

He wrote on his Instagram Stories: "It's exactly a year tomorrow since I left a very toxic relationship and got away. Leaving probably saved my life.

"I mark it one year on by doing something I probably should have done a while ago."

Andrew then revealed he has had his "CF" tattoo covered up with a tiny, filled-in map of Australia, where he now lives.

He wrote: "I [heart] Australia".

And after the "CF" was no longer visible, he posted: "It's finally gone"

Caroline revealed in May that she had been "really enjoying" dating again following her split from Andrew.

The 40-year-old TV presenter said: "[I'm] getting back on the horse. I've been dating and really enjoying it. I've decided to give people a chance, go and date and have some fun with it. There doesn't always have to be an end-goal."

Caroline - who is now believed to be dating Lewis Burton - also shot down rumours she had been seeing her personal trainer Bradley Simmonds, insisting they were simply close friends.

She said: "Everyone keeps saying I'm dating him but I'm not. I wouldn't want to ruin it because he's the best thing. He's the only constant in my life right now."

Caroline previously admitted that while it was "the best feeling" to be engaged to Andrew, she feels a lot more "powerful" when she is single.

She said: "I hope I'm helping to break that narrative because I'm not the only woman in this position.

"You can't look on broken relationships as failures.

"Being engaged was the best feeling in the world - that someone wants to spend the rest of their life with you.

"We had a wonderful year but it didn't work out.

"I don't want anything bad to happen to Andrew, I wish nothing but good things for him. But I feel a lot more powerful when I'm on my own."
