The 24-year-old rapper was arrested following an incident at Los Angeles nightclub Break Room 86 in October 2015, but despite the altercation being caught on camera, the matter won't be taken any further.

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney rejected the case because of a lack of evidence and because it is unclear who the initial aggressor was.

The '212' hitmaker and her friends were asked to leave the nightspot for being "unruly" and the rapper allegedly tried to pull the fire alarm as she left, prompting a security guard to grab her.

After her pals pulled him off her, she could be seen on the video jumping on him and hitting him repeatedly.

Azealia was also arrested in December for allegedly attacking a female security guard outside a New York club.

She was said to have punched the woman and bitten her on the breast outside Meatpacking club Up&Down after getting into a dispute with bouncers and being thrown out at around 12.30am.

In September, she was caught on video branding a flight attendant a "f***ing f****t" and defended herself on Twitter, insisting she isn't homophobic and alleging she would have been treated differently if she was white.

She wrote: "I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. . Nothing else to say.

"Cause yall KNOW, that they would've politely handed a white woman her bags and a spritzer. #whatever (sic)"
