Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z looked set to fork out $85 million on a new Beverly Hills estate after being spotted viewing the property on two separate occasions.

The power couple - who have recently been hit by speculation their marriage is on the rocks followed by rumours the singer is pregnant - are reportedly keen on an eight-bedroom mansion which also features 15 bathrooms.

Real estate sources told TMZ the pair were spotted viewing the cliffside abode on two separate occasions while they were living in Los Angeles over the summer.

As well as a fine selection of rooms, the pricey pad could be the perfect place for the couple - who have two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy - to store their fine selection of vehicles in the 16-car garage.

And should Beyonce, 33, ever fancy watching her appearance in 2006 movie 'Dreamgirls' again then she will be pleased to note their potentially new plush property comes with a 24-seater movie theatre.

What's more, the couple - who reportedly have a net worth of $1 billion - would be able to take a relaxing dip in the abode's infinity pool after a hard day in the recording studio.

This comes after Beyonce and Jay, 44, rented a Holmby Hills mansion in LA, which is on the market for $45 million, for a month over the summer before moving on to Paris.

The couple are said to have splashed out around $200,000-a-month on rent for the house during their joint 'On the Run' tour.

Jay and Beyonce could need a bigger home if recent rumours that she is pregnant are anything to go by.

The rumour mill went into overdrive when Jay sparked speculation his wife was expecting when he altered the lyrics of song 'Beach is Better' during a recent gig in Paris to say: "'Cause she's pregnant with another one."

But they appeared to quash such speculation earlier this week by posting a picture of Beyonce drinking champagne.

The couple were also hit with rumours they are going to split when their tour came to an end last week, but they have looked happy together when pictured in public and Jay praised his wife during their final joint gig on the tour in the French capital city.

He said: "It's been an honour and a pleasure to share the stage with you.

"I couldn't dream for anything else [than] to be in this stadium with the woman I love, who I believe is the greatest entertainer of our time. I love her. She's my wife."
