The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star celebrated reaching her milestone at Catch and Delilah in Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday (02.11.16) with her family, but things seemingly turned sour when her dad - who was previously known as Bruce Jenner until she underwent gender transition surgery last year - arrived at the venue to give his grown-up girl a special gift.

A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "It didn't seem like [Caitlyn] was warmly welcomed. It was super awkward. She bought a present and was really casually dressed."

The famous family hired out a private function room, which was decorated with large balloons emblazoned with Kendall's name, at Coach restaurant to kick off the festivities and all guests were told to wear floral headpieces at their seats in order to set the mood.

After polishing off their tasty meal, the party moved on to Delilah, where the model was presented with an "adorable" cake, which had a "throwback photo of her in a purple tutu" pasted on.

As well as the famous family, Kendall's best friend Hailey Baldwin, Cindy Crawford, Kate Mara, Melanie Griffith, Gabrielle Union, Paris Hilton and Jonathan Cheban were in attendance.

The energetic bash also saw a surprise appearance from Kendall's half-sister Kim Kardashian West, who has kept a low profile since she was held at gunpoint in France last month.

The 36-year-old beauty was tied up in her apartment and had $8.5 million worth of jewellery nabbed from her drawers, but that didn't stop her from splashing the cash on her half-sibling.

The brunette beauty - who has children North, three, and Saint, 10 months, with her husband Kanye West - treated Kendall to an expensive piece of jewellery and chipped in for her new car.
