The 32-year-old DJ collected the Patron Solo Artist Of The Year Award at the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2016 on Tuesday night (06.09.16), and admitted he had "been through a lot" in the past year, which hinted at his split from the 26-year-old singer, which they confirmed in June, after 15 months together.

Speaking at the ceremony, the musician said: "I feel at 32 I'm nearing the end. Just kidding. This week 100 years ago was when I left Marks and Spencer Simply Food in Clapham South where I carried out such tasks as date-rotating sandwiches and moving the salmon. I'd like to dedicate this to my manager Mark Gillespie for being a fantastic man. We've been through a lot and discovered a lot this year."

The news of the singer's thinly veiled jibe at the Taylor comes after it was reported she has split from her latest beau Tom Hiddleston, 35.

The pair appeared to be loved up together just two weeks after Taylor's split from Calvin, but their relationship looks to have lasted a mere three months.

As well as Calvin, several artists picked up accolades at the GQ Men of the Year Awards at the Tate Modern in London, including Aidan Turner, who won Best Actor, Bella Hadid for Model of the Year, and Claudio Ranieri - the manager of Leicester City Football Club - who took home the award for Outstanding Achievement.

Sir Michael Caine was awarded this year's Legend title, alongside comedian Billy Connolly who took home the Inspiration award.

Other winners included London mayor Sadiq Khan as Best Politician, DJ Mark Ronson for Most Stylish, and Amy Schumer who won Overall Best woman.
